Kewill Forthcoming Scheduled Maintenance:-

MTX Trade Systems - System maintenance will be completed on the 1st Sunday in each month between 09:00 - 14:00. During this time access may be unavailable and affected users are recommended to try again later.

There are currently no further planned scheduled maintenance activities occurring within the next couple of weeks.

 

3rd-Party Forthcoming Scheduled Maintenance:-

nuBridges have advised us they will be completing system maintenance which may delay the transfer of data on the following times:-

Standard maintenance window is the 3rd Sunday of each month between 18:00 to 22:00 GMT

GXS have advised they will be completing network maintenance which may affect connectivity/delay transfer of data at the following times:-

Standard maintenance window is every Sunday between 16:00 to 17:00 GMT for the EMEA TGMS network
Standard maintenance window is every Sunday between 02:00 to 02:30 GMT for the US TGMS network
03:00 to 07:00 March 14 2010
Sunday 25th July 2010 - 14:00 - 18:00 GMT - all network services
Sunday 8th August 2010 - 14:00 - 18:00 GMT - all network services
Sunday 22nd August 2010 - 14:00 - 18:00 GMT - all network services

HMRC have advised us of the following maintenance periods where access to their EDI gateway will not be possible. Customers should avoid sending data to HMRC at these times:-

Saturday 14 August 2010 - 08:00 to 12:00 BST
Saturday 11 September 2010 - 08:00 to 12:00 BST
Saturday 9 October 2010 - 08:00 to 12:00 BST

Saturday 11 December 2010 - 08:00 to 12:00 GMT
