Kewill Service Status:-

Kewill Forthcoming Scheduled Maintenance:-

Sunday 5th February 2012 – Kewill Insurance Xchange (KIX) Service Maintenance
Between 10:30 and 11:30 maintenance work will be completed on the KIX service. This will result in a delay of data transfer during this time. Customer/partner connectivity will not be affected and any outstanding data will be processed when the service resumes.

Sunday 19th February 2012 – Kewill Retail Xchange (KRX) Service Maintenance
Between 10:30 and 11:30 maintenance work will be completed on the KRX service. This will result in a delay of data transfer during this time. Customer/partner connectivity will not be affected and any outstanding data will be processed when the service resumes.

Sunday 18th March 2012 - Manchester Datacentre Network Connectivity
Between 09:00 - 12:00 network maintenance will be completed. This will result in loss of connectivity whilst the maintenance work is completed. Further details will follow.

MTX Trade Systems - System maintenance will be completed on the 1^st Sunday in each month between 09:00 - 14:00. During this time access may be unavailable and affected users are recommended to try again later.

There are currently no further planned scheduled maintenance activities occurring within the next couple of weeks.
