Customers who exchange EDI data with ASDA may have received notification that ASDA will be switching to a new translator and as a result of this data will be sent with new control numbers in the EDI message envelope (STX).

Kewill can confirm that as the structure of the EDI message and content will not be changing this should have no impact on customers using any of our solutions. Customers may however notice changes to the sender’s reference used in the message, however in most cases this reference is hidden from the end user.
