| EasyTrade - BT EDI*NET service replacement |

The following notification is applicable to users of our EasyTrade product who have a BT EDI*Net mailbox. As many customers will be aware from our recent communications, BT are withdrawing the EDI*Net service. Kewill has now successfully completed the testing of a replacement service and the transfer to the new service will be undertaken with minimal disruption to your day to day operations. To achieve this, it is necessary that you run simple process so we can confirm your BT EDI*Net mailbox settings used. This will enable us to collect essential detailed information about your current configuration to progress with your migration to the replacement service. In order to provide us with this information, we have developed a simple application which will gather the required data from your EasyTrade software and email the data to us. The application can be downloaded as follows 1. Download the application from here 2 When prompted save the file "EasyTrade_BTMailbox_Profiler.zip" and then unzip the contents to your desktop 3. Double click the file "KwlBTInfo.exe" created on your desktop 4. The following dialog is displayed:
5. You should select "Accept" 6. The program will then open your default mail client (if no client is installed see below – Note 1) 7. An email is created as below:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . 9. Once you have sent the email you have the option to retry or close. Assuming the email has been successfully sent, you should choose the close option. You can then delete the file "KwlBTInfo.exe" from your desktop. Once you have completed these steps, Kewill will be able to progress with migrating you to the replacement service and will be in touch to complete the next stage. Thank you for your assistance.
