Debenhams have advised us that on Wednesday the 17th February between 13:30 - 14:30 they will be updating their mailbox address used to send/receive data from suppliers. A change will be required for users of the Debenhams Kewill software who transmit data using an IBM (also known as GXS Information Exchange) mailbox. Users with an Xchange mailbox need take no action.

On Sunday 7th February 2010 between 09:00 and 18:00 the EasyTrade Web Edition system may be unavailable whilst an update is applied. We apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of this.

The standard rate of VAT will increase to 17.5% on 1st January 2010. Instructions on how this rate can be updated in your specific application can be found below.

BT has formerly announced it will be closing it’s BT EDI*Net service on 24 February 2010.

Customers who are provided a BT EDI*Net mailbox from Kewill can be assured initial migration work has already been completed behind the scenes by Kewill and work is well underway to finalise migrations before the deadline with minimal required action by customers.

Kewill has set up a dedicated team to provide non-Kewill contracted BT EDI*Net customers with advice on the options available to them which include a quick set up and migration service designed to minimise costs and disruption as a result of the changeover, which does not impact on their current EDI solution.
