Sunday 4th May 2008 - GXS Maintenance Work
Start Time: 04:00 End Time: 17:00

GXS have informed us of maintenance work they are completing on the 4th May 2008 between 04:00 and 17:00. This will have the following impact depending on which mailbox you use:-

TGMS customers with trading partners on Tradanet – although neither TGMS nor Tradanet are directly impacted, the bridge between the two services will be unavailable for the outage. Traffic sent by either the TGMS or the Tradanet users will be queued and will be processed when the maintenance is completed

Tradanet customers with trading partners on TGMS. Traffic sent by either the TGMS or the Tradanet users will be queued and will be processed when the maintenance is completed

EDI*EXPRESS-Tradanet customers trading with partners on TGMS – Traffic sent by either the TGMS or the Tradanet users will be queued and will be processed when the maintenance is completed

Tradanet and EDI*EXPRESS-Tradanet customers that trade with partners via an interconnect to Sterling, Inovis, Telebox, Atlas, Swisscom, Kleinschmidt will have data queued whilst the maintenance is completed. Please note the interconnects between BT EDI*NET and IE networks are not affected.

Sunday 27th April - Kewill Hosting Centre - Non VPN Customers
Start Time: 10:00 End Time: 16:00

Impact: During the above maintenance window your service may be unavailable whilst network maintenance is completed. Once the maintenance is complete, any queued data will be processed and transmitted. The maintenance is not expected to require the whole window.

No action is required and this announcement is for your information only.

Sunday 27th April - Kewill Hosting Centre - VPN Customers
Start Time: 10:00 End Time: 16:00

Impact: Between 10:00 – 12:00 there will be no network connectivity available to the service. After 12:00 you will only be able to continue to connect to the service if you update your VPN connection to use the new endpoint address. There will be some follow-up activity which will be completed for the remainder of the window and data will be queued at this time until your system is fully available again.

Action Required: In order to continue to connect to your hosted system following this maintenance it will be necessary to update the endpoint for your VPN connection from 146.101.163.15 to 146.101.140.12 at 12:00 on Sunday 27th April 2008.
