Staple product – Steps for Printing Transit outer labels from EDI

• Sign on to Littlewoods application
• Select database maintenance
• Select system parameters maintenance
• On the screen ‘Amend System parameters’ key the number of store packs you get in a transit handling unit (THU). This could be a tote box, transit carton or pallet.
• Press F10 to save
• Press escape
• Select Bar coded despatch labels
• Select Printing Store Transit Outer labels with relevant printer
• Select the contact number for the product.
• Select the order number relating to the contract
• Press enter
• Press F10
• You will be displayed with the order details & quantities
• Press F10 to print labels
• The correct amount of labels will be printed as the order quantity is divided by the THU fill quantity automatically
• Each time the THU store pack fill rate is different for a product the above steps must be followed. Basically the default THU figure must be reset each time the quantity changes for a different product.
