Missing orders – Help Desk should ask if orders are missing in total or are they missing for an individual product/products only. Littlewoods Help Desk will be aware of any issues surrounding late orders which LS generate from the overnight run. This will always be a total supplier failure. Reason (All orders missing) • Supplier not on review • LS late in generating orders file to Kewill • Kewill late in forwarding files to supplier mailboxes • Availability received after the deadline & therefore ignored • Supplier failed to transmit the stock availability file Reason (Individual orders missing) • Suggested ordered quantity per style exceeded supplier daily order limit & order not generated • No stock availability received on specific product in question • No model stocks set within the LS planning system therefore product not yet required (could be planned or in error) • Supplier hasn’t sent an availability file in the last 28days • Availability file received after the deadline & therefore ignored • Supplier failed to transmit the stock availability file • Orders raised at same time as the contract are known as Type B contracts/orders & don’t require a stock availability to be transmitted. Any orders generated in this way which are missing will require a specific type of orders refresh. Kewill must request through the Littlewoods Help Desk & specify ‘Orders’ refresh needed. This is different to a product refresh & will refresh all outstanding orders we have on file.
