Error message "stop at beginning of table"
- what does this mean? Q. Error message “stop at beginning of table” – what does this mean ? The database needs to be repaired. To do this right click on the C&A logo and then select “repair database”, then select “auto rebuild all C&A tables. [top] Q. The quantities on the labels/summaries and picking lists do not tally with each other ? If a batch has printed incorrectly, the database will have to be repaired, follow the instructions above to do this. Once repaired the batch will have to be reset before it can be printed again. To reset the batch, filter the batch in question and then select to print the batch again, this will actually reset the batch, then select to print the batch again (this will actually print the batch). [top] Q. When printing a batch a “range check”warning is displayed. Check in Siteinfo, System flags for the printer settings. A Lexmark printer with 2 trays, for example, should be set up as follows : Paper 0 Q. I am trying to reprocess a file but the reprocess screen is empty of files. Errors are appearing in the C&A software after repairing and resetting the database. This may be due to housekeeping not being done, or too many CAP and OUT files in the directory. Ensure that these files are cleared from the hard disk and copied to floppy as part of the weekly housekeeping routines. To reduce this risk of these errors you can change the days to delete orders from the default of 100 to 30. [top] Q. The database will not repair, following the instructions above. Check that the file “tutility.dll exists in the Windows directory on the PC. If it does copy it to the NEWCAA directory and then attempt repair again. [top] Q. When repairing the database a warning message appears “version mismatch trying to rebuild table”. Close out of Scheduler Pro and attempt repair again. [top] Q. Not all documents are printing first time. This is usually due to lack of memory (RAM) in the printer. The prints will usually reprint as a short-term solution, however it is recommended that the printer has a minimum of 8MB RAM installed. [top] Q. I have printed the batch but C&A are not receiving the confirmation. Most suppliers confirm their aros numbers when printing the batch. C&A can be set up for batches to be confirmed separately. To do this click on the “EDI” button in the orders screen to confirm. If you would prefer for automatic confirmation go to Siteinfo, System flags and remove the tick against “separate confirmation of orders”. [top]
