To save messages to a specific directory in Konnexions v1s regardless of whether or not it already has been saved, please follow these instructions:

1) Highlight the message by left clicking on it.
2) Click on the ‘Save Message to File’ button
3) Choose the relevant directory and enter the filename, then click ‘OK’.

This will now be saved to the directory you chose. Simply enter the software application that you saved the file to and process the file via the ‘Reprocess’ option.
