Partner Setup GUS

1) In Konnexions click on the Partners button on the left side of the window.

2) The ‘Partners’ window will appear.
Click on the Blue plus button to create a new partner setup.

3) The ‘Partner List’ window will appear. Choose the option ‘Choose a partner from the following (select one)’.
From the list select ‘GUS Direct Despatch’ and click on the ‘Green Tick’.

4) The ‘Partner – GUS Direct Despatch’ window will appear.
Click on the browse button to the right of the application line.

5) The ‘Select an Application’ window will appear.
Double-click on the c:\symbol to view all folders.
Find the ‘GUS’ or ‘Newbar’ directory and double click it.
To the left of this highlight the ‘GUS.BAT’ file and click ‘OK’.

6) You will return to the ‘Partner – GUS Direct Despatch’ window.
The ‘Application’ and ‘Working Dir’ fields should now be filled in.
All three check boxes should be selected.
Click ‘Next’.

7) The second page of the ‘Partner – GUS Direct Despatch’ window will appear.‘Tick/Cross’ all the boxes and click ‘Next’.

8) The final page of the ‘Partner – GUS Direct Despatch’ will appear.
‘Tick/Cross’ the ‘Autoprocess’ box, ensure the bullet point is against the bottom of the two autoprocessing options and click ‘Finish’.

9) Select the ‘Tasks’ button on the left side of the window and you should now have the GUS Direct Despatch partner setup on the main screen of Konnexions.

Double click on ‘Run GUS Direct Despatch’ to take you to your GUS Direct Despatch software.
