
Konnexions v1s - Outbox contains unsent files
Try linking again to the appropriate mailbox for the
partner listed in the unsent message(s).
If you still have files in your Outbox which have not
been sent even after performing a successful link, then please follow
the
instructions below:
1) Click on the Outbox button on the left
side of the window
2) Click on the menu option ‘Utilities’ and select the
option to reset the session with the appropriate mailbox
3) Select the first of the unsent files, right-click on it and select ‘Set
status to’ and then the option ‘Sent’
4) Right-click on the same file and select ‘Resend’ – the
file will return to its unsent status but the program will try to send
it again on linking
5) Repeat the process for any further unsent files
6) Click the Tasks button
7) Link as normal
