Error 117 : Inbound message not filed
This means Konnexions v1s was not able to store the message received.

If you encounter the above error, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) Quit out of Konnexions, close all open applications and reboot the PC. Check the hard disk space on your PC.
2) Run Scandisk
3) Go back into Konnexions and link again

The above steps should resolve the original error. If you still encounter further problems please contact Kewill for further assistance.
