Error 116 : User Cancelled Audit.

If you encounter the above error, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) In Konnexions click on ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Reset Session’

If you also have a flashing Green Outbox, carry out the following:

1) In the Outbox, ‘left click’ to highlight the unsent message
2) Now ‘right click’ on the same message and select ‘Resend’
3) Repeat the same procedure for other Unsent messages

Once these are all set back to ‘Unsent’ simply close out of the Outbox and link once again.

The above steps should resolve the original error. If you still encounter further problems please contact Kewill for further assistance.
