Index Out Of Date

If you encounter the above error trying to open Konnexions, please carry out solution 1 below. If the error appears while in the Konnexions application, please jump to solution 2.

Solution 1: Index Out Of Date – trying to load Konnexions

If Konnexions fails to open then you should:
1) Download the Konnexions repair tool from the support website – www.support.kewill.com/Konnexions/download/Knxv1s_DB_Repair.exe
2) Save the file onto the PC’s desktop
3) Double-click on the downloaded file
4) Highlight all the tables
5) Click on the Repair all tables button
6) It will come back with “No structure problems. Everything’s OK”
7) Close out of the repair screen and try the task again

Solution 2: Index Out Of Date – while in Konnexions

1) Click the menu option ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Repair Database’
2) Highlight all the tables
3) Click on Repair selected table(s)
4) It will come back with ‘No Structure problems. Everything’s OK’
5) Close out of the repair screen and try the task again
