Flashing Red Inbox Containing ‘Error’ messages

If you have a flashing Red Inbox in the Konnexions application, please carry out the following to resolve:

1) Click on the Inbox and find the messages with an ‘error’ status
2) Look in the ‘Description’ column of the ‘error’ message. It should give the generation number.

If you have already printed the Picking List/Orders, check to see if the generation number on these matches the one in the ‘Description’ column. Please note, for GUS generations this numbers is preceded by a ‘1’ i.e. generation 654 would show as HSOHDR/006541.

If this does match then you simply need to amend the status of the message/s as below:

1) Left click on the ‘error’ file to highlight it
2) Right click on it, go down to ‘Set Status To’ and select ‘Informed’
3) Repeat on other ‘error’ messages

The message/s should now have a status of ‘Received’. Simply close the Inbox and carry on.
