Flashing Red Inbox Containing ‘Error’ messages If you have a flashing Red Inbox in the Konnexions application, please carry out the following to resolve: 1) Click on the Inbox and find the messages with an
‘error’ status If you have already printed the Picking List/Orders, check to see if the generation number on these matches the one in the ‘Description’ column. Please note, for GUS generations this numbers is preceded by a ‘1’ i.e. generation 654 would show as HSOHDR/006541. If this does match then you simply need to amend the status of the message/s as below: 1) Left click on the ‘error’ file to highlight
it The message/s should now have a status of ‘Received’. Simply close the Inbox and carry on. If you need any further assistance, please contact Kewill Support.
