Error 64 when attempting to connect

If you encounter ‘error 64’ when trying to connect, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) Close all programs and shut down the PC

2) Check all modem cables are connected

3) Switch back on the PC and load up Konnexions once again

4) Reset the modem – External only

5) Try linking once again

This problem is often caused by anti-virus software running on the PC. Try disabling your Anti-Virus system and then linking again.
