Error 62 when attempting to connect.

If you encounter ‘error 62’ when trying to connect, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) Close all programs and shut down the PC

2) Check all modem cables are connected

3) Switch back on the PC and load up Konnexions once again

4) Reset the modem – External only

5) Try linking once again

If after the above you still encounter problems please contact the support desk for further assistance.
