Error 54 – Timed out waiting to send data When receiving the above error, please follow these instructions to try to resolve the problem: 1) In Konnexions click on ‘Setup’ and choose ‘Mailbox’ 2) ‘Double click’ the mailbox that has a code of ‘BTWINC’ 3) On the ‘Dialling’ screen change the ‘Baud Rate’ to ‘9600’ and the ‘Primary Number’ to ‘Ipswich (9600/14400) 4) Click ‘Next’ all the way through and click ‘Finish’, then close the mailbox window 5) If modem is external switch off for approximately 10 seconds, then switch back on 6) Try linking once again.
