How To - Re-install the AT&T Dialer

The AT&T Global Network Dialer can be re-installed from the Konnexions v1.0 installation CD. It is not recommended that you do this unless instructed to do so by a Kewill support engineer.

Please follow the steps below:

1) Close all programs.

2) Insert the Konnexions CD. The pre-install check will automatically run; close it by clicking on the X in the top right-hand corner of the window.

3) Open Windows Explorer and select the CD drive (indicated by the Konnexions icon).

4) Open the bin folder, then the 3rdParty folder, and finally the ATT folder.

5) Double-click on setup427.exe - the AT&T Global Network Dialer - Installation window will appear. Click Next.

6) Read the Legal Agreement and click I Agree.

7) Typical should be selected. Click Next.

8) Click Start Install.

9) When complete, the Dialer release notes windows will be displayed - these can be ignored. Click OK.

10) The Installation is complete window will be displayed. Click No, connect later.

11) Run Konnexions and try linking as normal.
