Error 32000 - Expedite encountered an unexpected condition

If you continue to have problems, please follow these instructions to try to resolve the problem:

1) Shut down and reboot the PC
2) If modem is external switch off for approximately 10 seconds, then switch back on
3) In Konnexions click on ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Reset Session’
4) Try linking once again.

If after connecting your Outbox flashes green, carry out the following steps to send the file:

1) Open the Outbox and ‘left click’ on the message to highlight it
2) ‘Right click’ on the message and set the status to ‘Unsent’
3) Close the Outbox and link again
