Error 28020 : Error encountered on disconnect

If you encounter the above error, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) Click on ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Reset Session’

When selecting ‘Reset Session’, you will see the following message:

'The session has been reset'

2) Simply click ‘OK’ and link once again.

If after linking your Outbox flashes green, carry out these steps also to send the files:

1) In the Outbox, ‘left click’ on the ‘Unsent’ message so that its highlighted
All files should now send.

If the problem still persists, please contact Kewill for further assistance.

2) Right click on the same message and select ‘Resend’
