Error 28010 : Information Exchange session completed normally, but not all of the requests processed If you encounter the above error, please carry out the following steps to resolve: 1) Click on ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Reset Session’ When selecting ‘Reset Session’, you will see the following message: 'The session has been reset' 2) Simply click ‘OK’ and link once again. If after linking your Outbox flashes green, carry out these steps also to send the files: 1) In the Outbox, ‘left click’ on the ‘Unsent’
message so that its hightlighted All files should now send. If the problem still persists, please contact Kewill for further assistance.
