Error 25000 - You pressed the defined exit key; EXITKEY on the SESSION command line in BASEIN.PRO and processing is not complete.

This usually means that the link was manually cancelled.

It is important not to cancel the link, please link again.

If you continue to have problems, please follow these instructions to try to resolve the problem:

1) Make sure the modem is plugged in to the PC and wall socket
2) Shut down and reboot the PC
3) If modem is external switch off for approximately 10 seconds, then switch back on
4) In Konnexions click on ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Reset Session’
5) Try linking once again.
