Error 24280 : Invalid Information Exchange User ID

This means you specified an invalid user ID. Information Exchange does not recognise the Account ID or User ID specified.

If you encounter the above error, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) Click on ‘Setup’ and select ‘Mailboxes’.
2) Select EXPWIN and either click on the open book option or double click on EXPWIN
3) Click NEXT until you get to the Expedite Base for Windows Driver Setup
4) Click in the Information Exchange Account field and make changes as below:
5) Click Next until you get to the end and click Finish
6) Quit from the mailbox screen

You will now be able to connect successfully. If this is not the case, please contact the support team for further assistance.
