Error 24100 : Session and Information Exchange checkpoints do not match. Or this may mean that someone else is logged in using the same Ids.

If you encounter the above error, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) Click on ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Reset Session’

When selecting ‘Reset Session’, you will see the following message:

'The session has been reset'

2) Simply click ‘OK’ and link once again.

If after linking your Outbox flashes green, carry out these steps also to send the files:

1) In the Outbox, ‘left click’ on the ‘Unsent’ message so that its hightlighted
2) Right click on the same message and select ‘Resend’

All files should now send.
