Error 15040 – Command not recognised

If you experience the above error the first time you link after upgrading to Konnexions, please follow these instructions to try to resolve the problem:

1) Run Konnexions v1s

2) Click on the Mailboxes icon

3) Open the entry for your IBM mailbox (either double-click the entry or click on the Open button at the top of the screen)

4) Make a note of the value in the field entitled Select the application which will be used to access the mailbox.

5) Click Next

6) On the Identities page check that the mailbox's Information Exchange Account, User ID and Password are correct. Click Next.

7) Click Next on the Traces page.

8) On the General page ensure that the value of the Expedite Base Path is the same as the path (the value up to the last \ character) noted in step 4 above. For example, if the value noted in step 4 was:

C:\WINLINK\EXPWIN\WIN_EXP.EXE

then the Expedite Base Path should be

C:\WINLINK\EXPWIN\

9) Click Next

10) Click Finish on the Details page.

11) Try linking again with Konnexions.

1) Click here to download the AT&T Dialer Configuration Tool

2) Run the AT&T Dialer Configuration Tool

3) Try linking again with Konnexions.
