Error 10027 – Password not changed link disconnected, status returned to user.

This means the user trying to change password on mailbox.

When receiving the above error, please follow these instructions to try to resolve the problem:

1) In Konnexions click on ‘Utilities’ and select ‘Reset Session’ for the GEIS mailbox
2) Try linking once again.

If you still experience problems after following these instructions, please don’t hesitate to contact Kewill and advise of the same or new error.
