How To - Enter IBM passwords after they have been reset

This article describes how to enter your IBM Information Exchange password and your AT&T Global Network password after they have been reset by Kewill.

If you connect to IBM three times with the wrong password, your mailbox will be locked. Please contact us to have your passwords reset.

 Entering the AT&T dialer password

If Kewill have informed you that your AT&T password (previously know as the Information Global Network password) has been reset, follow the instructions below:

1) Run the AT&T Dialer (Start > Programs > AT&T Dialer)

2) If you have more than one IBM mailbox, ensure that the correct mailbox is selected from the Login profile list.

3) Delete the old password (shown as *******) from the Password entry field and enter your new password (as provided by Kewill).

Note: DO NOT press the Change button.

4) Ensure that Save password is ticked and then click the Connect button. The dialer will connect to the AT&T network.

5) Wait until the dialer has successfully connected and the AT&T Global Network - Login screen disappears.

6) Disconnect from AT&T by closing the AT&T Global Network - [Network View] window and clicking Yes when asked if you want to disconnect.

Your AT&T password has now been set.
