Error 19157 - Phone line busy

If the phone line used by Konnexions is also used by other people in your office, ensure that nobody else is using the line and then try linking again.

This error can also be caused if your dial settings are incorrect, please refer to the article on How To – Dial a prefix to get an outside line.
