Error 19037 : Failed to load dialer DLL

If you encounter the above error, please carry out the following steps to resolve:

1) Make sure the correct DLL name is specified in the DIALLERDLL entry of the WIN.INI file

2) For a Windows 95 dialer the entry should be DIALERDLL=advapi95.dll

3) For a windows 3.1 dialer the entry should be DIALERDLL=advapi.dll.

4) Specify the appropriate dailer DLL name and make sure the dialer is installed properly.
